| To order from our Handcrafted Wedding Invitation Collection, simply complete the order form below and forward to us. Contact information is on the bottom of Page 2 of this form. We require a 25% deposit on all orders when the order is made. If you do not approve the proof and choose to shop elsewhere, we will refund your deposit less $10 for the cost of the proof. If you do approve the proof, we will request another 25%. At this time the deposits received are non-refundable. The balance will be due prior to delivery of invitations. We accept checks, Master Card, Visa and American Express. Please note: If you pay by check, your order will not be started until your check clears the bank. When you complete this order form, please include a swatch of fabric, piece of ribbon, or a paint sample that identifies your wedding color(s). |
